贵公司保证符合以下要求：

1.配件不可被再次制造成武器；

2.提供物品中不得藏匿武器及零配件；

3.贵厂人员不能对我方货柜车、人员、工厂进行伤害；

4.不得进行恐怖活动等；

5.积极配合我方实施c－tpat；

6.如贵厂出现安全事故及隐患应及时通知我厂相关人员;

7.保证货物的运输/搬运和储存相关的过程完整及安全

8.如因贵方原因造成我方在c－tpat方面所遭受到的损失,将由贵厂承担一切经济损失。
